In this Beginning Workshop, you will learn preparatory postures to warm your body up safely for basic Arm Balances and Inversions. Balancing on your hands rather than your feet is fun as well as empowering. Going upside down with ease will help you to let go of fear while broadening not only your practice, but also your perspective on life!
I have been leading Arm Balance and Inversion workshops for the past 5 years locally and nationally. I sincerely invite all students as well as instructors to attend for the aim of learning and fine tuning your Yoga Playtime!
This is a two hour session. Maximum of 25 students allowed
